Jeffrey A. Shane graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Theatre Arts from the University of California Berkeley and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate in undergrad and was on the Dean’s List at law school. While at law school he was a teaching assistant in Legal Ethics, Corporations, Wills and Trust. He also had internships at the Legal Aid Foundation, County Counsel: Prosecution of Child Abuse Cases, and Superior Court Clerkship. He worked at the Inner City Law Center as an Associate Director and civilly prosecuted slumlords for damages and personal injuries on behalf of tenants living in uninhabitable conditions. He taught Civil Discovery at Loyola Law School and currently teaches Civil Discovery at Southwestern Law School. His practice areas include, Personal Injury Law, Auto Accidents, Slip and Falls, Dog Bites, Insurance Disputes, Premises Liability, and General Negligence.
